  • 300 grams of fruit (strawberries, pineapple, apricot, orange, raspberries…)
  • 15 grams of Gold Foods USA chia seeds
  • 5 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup

Preparation

  1. Put 300 grams of your favorite fruit in a pot and cook it for 10 minutes on a slow heat.
  2. Crush the fruit with a fork to get its juices out.
  3. Add 15 grams of chia seeds, 5 tablespoons of agave syrup, honey or a non-calorie sweetener. Cook it two more minutes. Taste the sweetness and texture. If you need to add some water or more sweetener, just do it! Your recipe, your choices.
