What is Super Bowl ?

The Super Bowl is the National Football League’s championship game. It’s held every year in the United States. Originally it was a game played between the champions of the NFL (National Football League) and the AFL (American Football League).

When they merged they formed rhe NFC (National Football Conference) and the AFC (American Football Conference) and the championship is played each year between the championship of these conferences. This championship game, the Super Bowl, is one of the most watched broadcasts on American television each year.

Ingredients

1 medium ripe avocado, halved, seeded and peeled
4-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 small tomato, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped green chilies
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt, optional

Directions

In a large bowl, mash avocado with lemon juice. Stir in the tomato, onion, chilies, garlic and salt if desired. Cover; chill. Serve with tortilla chips. Yield: about 1-1/2 cups
